Here are our little Halloween girls.

Hannah has actually decided she is going to be a fairy. The bee costume doesn’t twirl enough when she is dancing.

We can’t wait to go to Boo at the Zoo and trick or treating. No wonder Hannah loves Halloween. We start the festivities with trunk or treating on Thursday, pumpkin carving and Boo at the Zoo Friday, followed by more trick or treating on Saturday. The funny thing is, June isn’t a huge candy fan. I guess we will pass out the candy she gets to the trick or treaters on Saturday night.

October Snow

October our favorite month

Well it is October and Hannah has been gearing up for Halloween. The pumpkins in the garden have turned orange and her collection of ghosts, and spooky houses are spread all over our house. She has a count down calendar and wakes up each morning to move her ghosty day marker. (Thanks Grandma J.) She falls a sleep each night on her pumpkin pillow. She sings her Halloween songs over and over to Ellie which alway gets a smile. Ellie by the way reached 11 1/2 lbs at her two month appointment. Hannah was 7 months and crawling before she hit that. Jeff and I have decided that fat babies are happy babies.

Today instead of the rain we were expecting we got snow. Lots of snow for this area, at least 3 inches. The first snow of the season and the official end of the garden. Here is a little clip of our snow storm.

Sorry we are having some problems showing the video.

Fishing at kemmerer pond

Fishing at Kemmerer pond

August has been a whirlwind month for us. We are starting to figure out how to take care of a new baby again. We were a bit rusty. Things are slowing down and life seems to be pretty good. Jeff is looking forward to hunting season. He drew an antelope tag with Ted and Jill. This will be his first Idaho antelope.

Hannah turned the big 4. She is adjusting to her little sister pretty well and loves to sing to her and hold her hand. Hannah can always get Ellie to smile at her.

Here are some picts from the last month.
